1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vanshi Digital OÜ (“Vanshi Digital”, “we”, “us”) and clients who engage our advertising infrastructure and agency account services. By engaging our services you agree to these terms. This is placeholder content pending legal review.
2. Services
We provide access to agency advertising accounts, technical infrastructure setup, campaign optimization support, and account management across supported platforms. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in your individual proposal and order.
3. Account use and compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with the policies of each advertising platform and all applicable laws. We source accounts through official channels and monitor them, but we cannot guarantee against platform actions resulting from campaign content or conduct.
4. Billing, top-ups and settlement
Clients fund account balances via supported payment methods (Paxum, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency). A service fee applies to managed spend at the rate set out in your proposal. Settlement is reconciled weekly and invoiced as EU VAT invoices from Estonia.
5. Replacements
Where an account is restricted through no fault of campaign compliance, we will provide a replacement, typically within hours. Replacement availability may vary by platform and circumstances.
6. Cancellation
Either party may end the engagement at any time. On cancellation, the client settles any outstanding spend and fees for the current cycle. Reporting and invoices remain available to the client.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits arising from platform actions outside our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.
